Thanks everyone. Yes I have been looking at the job postings daily and have been getting the email updates. I was just hoping to get in more direct contact with people than just being one in the stack of resumes. Have to add that this site is great and everyone is so friendly and helpful. ;D

Here we would have the opportunity to incorporate two of our favorite topics on the site.
YardBird - (-Yard(-Tu)rd = YardTurd.This would be out of NAVSEA-ELT-MATH-101, a highly sought after, but very elusive manual used by the Navys finest Chemists / RadCon wizards to work their magic.(Topics being ELT lore and good natured giving of the business aka Wally and the Beave).On topic - Knowing what I currently do about stuff, if I was a young(or there abouts) 108 qualified man coming out of the yard - it would be DOE all the way for me.I think your 108 quals. will serve you better at a DOE facility.Commercial plants are OK - BUT..lots of peripheral nonsense to endure.
