Activity Based Costing/Management Implementation
« on: May 15, 2003, 08:45 »
I am doing a study on implementation of Activity Based Costing/Management practices at US nuclear plants.  I am particularly interested in ABC/M in relation to plant maintenance costs and Sub-Contractor/Supply Chain Management costs.

I am looking to speak with someone who has actually been involved with an ABC implementation, and is willing to share some of the "lessons learned".  I work for a company that is an NEI member and our client (for whom the study is being done), is also an NEI member, so the knowledge would stay within the industry.

Thank you,
Denzel Hankinson
