Decommissioning jobs

I spent 15 years in nuclear security and have been out of the nuke world for about a year now..I would like to return to the industry.  I would like to be part of the Kewaunee Power station decommissioning project but do not know which or who to contact in regards to it.  I don't want to return to the security field but would work as a great representative between both contractors and operations personnel.  Any help would be appreciated.
