unescorted access

In May of this year I did a 5 week internship during which I was granted unescorted access. Now I have been offered a position at a different power plant. Will I need to go through the entire process again to gain access? Thanks for your time.

Expect full background check from when you dropped your badge in May up to now. MMPI should not be required as you have been out less then a year. Pretty painless process really so long as you didn't move, change employers a lot, or get arrested/charged with a crime. Shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork.
