I need more detail than that.  What errors are you receiving? What screen are you on.  What operating system are you using.

I'll try rebooting my computer. On my tablet the message says plugin not supported

The problem is that you don't have support for 'flash' on your tablet.

You will need to either:

1) Use a desktop/laptop
2) Install a 3rd party program on your tablet that supports flash.
