When I hear turbine hall, I think of oil or hydrogen.  Five people injured is significant.

When I hear turbine hall, I think electrical. It also says no injuries, but a few individuals were affected by the fumes.

Pretty much...this is non-news....EXCEPT that its at a Nuclear Power Plant.
