a couple of things come to mind here.  price is spiking crazily at times for PGE customers due to natty gas prices....AND the problems and dangers that come about when trying to get gas to customers are highlighted.  Also I wonder if San Onofree was still operating would this help smooth out the undulating nature of gas prices...this speaks volumes to me for whether Diablo should be shut down or not.  Obvious.
