Operational reactors may be an end product but it is only a small part of a much bigger industry.  How are your credentials on international finance and non proliferation. It is hard to have a 50,000 foot perspective from the pond. I think I will give the guys with PHDs and upper level positions since the 1980s over an operator who may be the smartest one, but still just a smart operator.
