well it used to be, don't know why it couldn't be done again if we really wanted to.

all good points but this is all really comparable to fantasy? I think it would be great if we did something worthwhile with all the energy trapped in navy fuel.  Hell I would think it would over 80% enriched after used....but not sure.  If any fuel was reprocessed Navy Fuel would be a good bet to make it worth while.

or even what one should do,...

they tend to be about what one is allowed to do,...
