Legislators need letters
« on: Feb 24, 2019, 01:04 »
I was talking with my State Representative about this issue :
https://www.post-gazette.com/business/powersource/2019/02/04/Nuclear-bill-Pennsylvania-natural-gas-alternative-energy-portfolio/stories/201902040111
He said there has been so little action it should be interpreted as no action. He said that to get this moving, any and all pro nuclear persons must write ( script or email) their Representatives and Senators to express their viewpoints and impact the legislators to move forward to write the legislation needed to keep the nuclear power stations on line.

hear is won aye  just sent the govenor and my state representative and senator.

The nuclear plant helps protect BPA from having to go out on the open market to buy power, said David Wilson, a BPA spokesman. “We asked them for the “no touch order,” because of low stream flows, high natural gas prices and the very cold weather,” he told the Herald.

Why keeping our nuclear power plants running is the best way to deal with climate change. Send this link to your govenor, Reps, and
Senators.

No such thing
It's a political mindset, and as such it is real in the realm of voter recruiting. There is a need to redirect the mindset, and with politicians, that is done with voices and correspondence. Nothing new in that, been reality for a couple hundred years.

Send this to Pennsylvania's politicians.

Here's a quick text to include to get their attention.

Please support HB 11 in order to maintain the 42% of our Commonwealth's electric generation and, most importantly, the 93% of our clean energy.

Thank you,
(Voter's name)
