Contract information training manager at Westinghouse Training Fac Zion

I am trying to find information on a former training manager at the Westinghouse Training Facility at Zion Il. I was stationed with him, Bill Bird at A!W Idaho in 1974 and after he got out he worked at the Westinghouse facility.Is there an HR department I could contact for Westinghouse or Execon? My good friend Bill passed away in the mid 80's.

Sorry, Bill worked at Westinghouse in the late 1970s

You are trying to find information on a person that passed away 40 years ago?  is that correct?  Your question is very poorly written, and confusing.
