Part of the article says restart existing reactor and up and running by '25. Another part says the two new reactors will be done by '30. ?

hmm, maybe that's actually correct.  I read in separate articles where they were considering both options.  Ending up with 3 was never mentioned.

Holtec is a bit of a scary company from what I've seen.  I'd still love to see this happen.
