Just heard that Mitch Cook had passed away within the last several years. Is this true? Does anyone have any info?

Yes, it is true! I last worked with Mitch, in 1997. Shortly after that assignment, Mitch left us. I believe the event took place somewhere around the Holidays of 1997/98. Enough said!
