I'm trying to change my rate to a nuke but the waiver for my grades has been turned down. Does anyone know any other ways to go for Nuke?

There are many other Navy jobs for which you may apply, but this door is closed.

Mike is pretty much accurate here.  If your waiver is disapp'ed, there isn't much you can do.  Your ONLY hope might be to take some math and science classes before you leave, and even then, it is no guarantee.  If you do take classes, make sure you get A's in them all.
