Very confusing article and linked article. The article misleads that a power plant is going in. It mis-titles the link which actually is titled "A nuclear power 'ecosystem' is planned for Brigham City.  They might build parts for SMRs.
The entire UTAH WANTS TO GO NUCLEAR message seems like a farce.
