Opportunity Overview:

Scaffold Carpenter

This is on site position at multiple nuclear sites.

Contract - 4-6 weeks

Work hours per week will be from 40 to 72 hours per week.

This posting will be used to fill roles for the outage season Fall 2025 and Spring 2026

Contractors may be selected to fill more than one position.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Erect, dismantle, and repair scaffolding systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures, such as cabinets, shelves, and doors, using carpentry skills and tools.
• Work as a team
• Unload and carry materials at construction sites
• Place traffic signals.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials, such as wood, metal, and drywall, to fit specific project requirements.
• Operate power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders, to perform tasks.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in scaffolding and carpentry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, with a focus on safety and risk management.
• Proficiency with a range of power tools and equipment, including scaffolding systems and carpentry machinery.
• Valid certification in scaffolding/Carpentry, such as OSHA or CSCS.
• Physical stamina to work 10-12 hours shifts on either day shift or night shift.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $36 hour to $38 hour. Additional pay for mobilization and per diem for qualified candidates with a residence 50 miles from the work site.
