Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for performance of the Site Projects Organization for project phases ranging in total value from a few hundred thousand dollars to over thirty million dollars. Coordinates the site and Group Projects Organization for all aspects of procurement, design, manufacturing, construction, integration, and cost controlling of facilities, systems, and equipment necessary to operate and expand the capacity and function of the URENCO USA (UUSA) enrichment facility. Strategically positions project portfolio within the larger whole of site projects and drives accomplishment at a site level.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum 10 Years of direct work experience in major project management in a highly regulated industry.
Minimum 5 years in senior management positions supervising other project managers
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an Advanced degree in related fields
Project Management Certification
15 Years of related work experience. 1
10 Years in senior management positions

Travel Required
: 20% of the time or less is required
Security Clearance Requirement:
Controlled Access Area (CAA and an L or Q level security clearance is required.
Emergency Response Requirements
: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
Work Environment
: Radiological exposure expectations of <100 mrem/yr. General Office and Plant Production Areas.
Responsible for the protection of confidential and proprietary information received during employment, including keeping information in strict confidence, exercising a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure to others, not disclosing or divulging either directly or indirectly information to others, and not using the information commercially or for any other purpose other than the performance of their duties for Urenco. Confidential information includes information and dat of any kind concerning any matters affecting or relating to Urenco business or operations, including compensation, investigations, financial controls, etc.
Primary Functions
Providing leadership and executive management for all site projects to ensure safe delivery of projects within approved budget and project performance (cost and schedule)
Coordination of site scope of projects
Ensuring Site Projects organization activities are performed in accordance with applicable license, federal, state, local, corporate, financial and quality assurance requirements; (2) ensuring projects are performed within Board of Directors approved funding limits and schedule milestones; and, (3) managing all contracts and work procured from U.S. and European vendors in support of Site Projects.
Managing and coordinating accomplishment of major site projects with budgets exceeding a few hundred thousand dollars to more than 30 million dollars
Developing full scale project plans and associated communication plans and organizational infrastructure through which to monitor, check and adjust project performance (at a site and group level)
Implementing project schedule by mentoring and coordinating large project teams across multiple organizations, managers, and shifts. Maintain effective short and long range schedule compliance.
Managing, and tracking, and presenting to executive URENCO USA management, and the Board of Directors, all project indicators for schedule status cost performance, regulatory compliance, quality, contractor and vendor oversight, and other items requiring management attention and intervention.

Compensation Range: $ 200126 - $ 250158 / year and up dependent on candidate.
