When I try to log in it says my email isn't linked to this account. Not sure what to do.

It usually means that you haven't registered in that software, its a different account.  None of our software is linked, you have to re-register in each.

I noticed that you DID register in the software, and paid.... maybe try logging out and back in, or maybe try a different browser. https://www.nukeworker.com/savsoftquiz

If all else fails, we can delete your account, and you can re-register.

One of the payments has been refunded, and your access has been granted.

I found no payment record for "eddiegomez5663@gmail.com" in paypal.  I did find one for "gomezeddie5663@gmail.com"...

Last October you paid for 6 months. (And this April you paid for another 6 months).

I would like to be able to review the quizzes for studying purpose, it says denied. What can I do differently to get that access? I already paid for the software DOE exam.

You registered twice, under different email addresses.  Only one has access.

I have no record of a payment from "pdvandervort@gmail.com" what other email may you have used?  The username is your email address.

I can provide you my paypal confirmation, I apologize for the confusion but I put in both email addresses for reset password "pdvandervo42@gmail.com" and "pdvandervort@gmail.com". It said "Email id does not exist" both times.

pdvandervort@gmail.com is the email address used in the software

Try using a different browser, perhaps you are having cookie issues.  Use this link to login: https://www.nukeworker.com/savsoftquiz

It is strange, my password doesn't work, when I try to reset my  password it says "Email id does not exist", however when I try to make a new account with that email, "pdvandervort@gmail.com" it says it is already in use and must be unique.

Any Ideas?
