1. NOTE: Authorization is a manual process. Do not pay twice. Authorization typically takes 24 hours after you pay, but can take up to 48 hours. (Longer if I am on vacation)

2. Register in the new software, which is located here: https://www.nukeworker.com/savsoftquiz

3. WHEN you register, choose the 1 Year option, and pay online. At that point, you will only see the free nuclear trivia quiz. Authorization is a manual process. Do not pay twice.

4. AFTER you register, IF not credited within 24 hours, THEN contact me (a post here) to get your new account credited.  It is not an automated process. Do not pay twice.

5. AFTER I credit your account, IF you get the message "Quiz not assigned to your group" THEN you need to log out of the quiz software and back in to see the rest of the quizzes. Do not pay twice.

6. Enjoy

-- One more thing... The forgot password link seems to just clear out your password and then tells you that you aren't registered, so don't use that.  IF you DO, THEN send me an email and tell me that you used the forgot password link... and what you want your password to be.  Your account is still there, just no password.

Also, if your PayPal email address or name is different than your quiz email address or name, I will have no way to match the payment to the quiz account. -- Again, its a manual process.

The Practice test is no longer free. It WAS free in Oct 2016 when the book was published.  But due to issues beyond our control, the test is no longer free. You will need to follow the steps above, specifically step 3.

It usually means that you haven't registered in that software, its a different account.  None of our software is linked, you have to re-register in each.

   I paid for the DOE test back in may. I became sick and then had another medical health issue. However I made a sign on back then but never wanted to upload my resume nor choose 3 jobs which it did say (optional) but however the site does not let you move on unless you fill that out. Then I read there are 3 ways of signing on, for employer, then job seeker, then tester.  I need the practice test for DOE and I had already paid $64.95 USD back in may 2022 as well as I bought all 4 of the books from amazon. I finally was able to register via email and was actually sent a email link to create my profile with no connection issue.

  When I go to sign on for that next site, it does not accept my sign on, the new updated site that was pinned on the top message of the forum the link doesn't accept my sign on, It is requesting a unique value in my email. I would like to get the test I paid for back in may linked to my profile that was finally accepted. Then the next thing is that the updated website that is posted the link to actually work and accept my sign on. It is not accepting if I try to register a new account.

  Can someone help me out with these issues? I really would like to get these resolved. Can someone PM me or reply a comment on my post?

There is a lot to unpack there.  But to get to the point, you registered for the quiz on 2022-05-16 and paid and DO have access to the quiz. You recently re-registered with a different email address, which does not have paid access.  You will need to use the original account that was already credited.

I can access the list of quizzes, but when I hit the attempt action an error message saying "I have a pending quiz to submit!...",  and then redirects to a page that says "This page isn't working". I had this same problem last time I paid for access to quizzes when you first switched to this system. I finally gave up and studied for my requalification with out the practice quizzes.  I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.  I've tried multiply devices with same error message.  I'm trying to study for the NRRPT exam.

The RCT Cram Notes details the known information about the Exam.  Off the top of my head, I believe there is 1 question fro each objective, and a passing score is 80%. -- Again, that is off the top of my head.  If you have our cram notes, its in the beginning of the book.

You have already registered.  You can't register again with the same email address.  You have already registered with both of your email addresses.

In that case, you need to log in.  NOT register again.

Then click on the red link labeled "Change Group/Subscription" and choose the "One Year" option.

-- You might want to try a different browser if the one you are using is giving you trouble.  Some times that helps.

It's a manual process, and I was out of town for Thanksgiving. Your account has been credited.

Just purchased nuke worker practice quizzes. When I go to login, it asked me to pay the $64 again. Did I do something wrong? Or am I doing something wrong?

You likely tried to do it before your account was authorized. Your account was authorized on 2024-12-02. Try logging in again.

Yes you are.  You created more than 1 user account.  I credited Heston Schofield, as that is who paid and registered that day.  You are trying to login with Daniel Schofield who did not pay.  I have credited the Daniel account.

The quiz software is not connected to the forum. You will need to register in there, and request special access/your account authorized.  Send me an email with your info once you register in the quiz software, and I will work with you.

That's because your account was not yet credited. You paid yesterday.  I am working 13 hour days at an outage. You need to read the instructions, and be patient.  Authorization is manual.

I just now credited your account, so you should be good to go.

You will need to login to a quiz account that matches the paypal account (madisoncollie99@gmail.com), which was credited 4/30/25. 

I find no payment from "zach0075@gmail.com", but I do see them registered in the quiz software.
