Looking for info on the Fuel Shipment Courier billet... Anybody "Been there, done that?"

I actually had orders to that billet a few years ago... but turned them down because I decided I wanted to go to prototype.  Instead, I got stuck down here in Kings Bay because a certain detailer lied to my command and I, lost my paperwork several times, and then disappeared.  Screwed by the big blue weenie again... Sorry, that probably wasn't any help to you.  Just your typical blueshirt bitch session. ;-)

Oh, one thing I do remember... When I first heard about the billet, I was told it's only open to E-6.  Couldn't tell ya for sure though.
