What exactly is a Nuke Officer Qualified for?

It's nice to help this gentleman out with some tips, but let's keep it in perspective.  If you were and officer in the Navy, then yes, you can be a supervisor or mid-manager with most utilities. 
However, there is alot more to becoming a plant manager than some ring-tapping and being an engineer.  There are many level 3 Engineers (civil, mechanical, design, and electrical) that make less money per year than RP supervisors.  These engineers (and there is alot of them) will never be a middle manager, let alone a plant manager.
