I recently started working at the Powerhouse at the University of Colorado in Boulder.  For the last weeks I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how to continue my education while working shift work (have BS).  Then today I see this.

I am not very religous but if there is such a thing as divine providence then this is it. :)

I think that program looks interesting. I would suggest talking to your plant manager regarding these types of degrees. I was considering doing a MS for Nuclear Engineering or Health Physics and it was recommended that I get Ops experience and an MBA (which I am in the process of getting into Ops now). Depending on where you work and what you want to do, there may be other programs that could help accelerate things for you.
