NLO & AO 8 hour schedule HELP!

Next year we will be going to an 8 hour schedule. Problem is, we can't get one that everyone can agree on (NLO's VS. Ops Mngmt). I would like to know what your 8 hour schedule is, and if you like it, pros and cons. I know that twelves are the way to go, but the majority rules, at least for next year. Thanks for your input.

We work an 8/12 hybrid schedule: 8's Monday through Friday and 12's on the weekend.  That way you only work 2 out every 6 weekends.
