You must be registered and logged in to upload.
If you haven't posted any messages in the message board, your limit is 300 kb (About 1 picture)
If you haven't posted more than 3 messages in the message board, your limit is 5 mb
Everyone else has unlimited storage, however, non-nuclear pictures will be deleted.

I may reconsider the unlimited thing, as we have limited server space.  But for now, lets try it out.
