Inactive Secret

So how do I take an inactive DOD secret and get it turned into a active DOE Q? Anyone, anyone??? ;D

Also keep a list of every address you have ever lived at and keep in mind that they sometimes will go back and try to check your origional references. (And then blame you if they passed away many years ago).

I don't think I had to do anything like that in the Navy. I am pretty sure they checked all that for me, but hell, that was almost 20 years ago.
