Good evening everyone!

I am writing a law review article that examines how different states and federal systems handle the statute of limitations when it comes to handling incidents of cancer in nuclear power plant workers. Does anyone on this board know of a worker's compensation case that deals with someone being barred from the worker's comp. system because of the statute of limitations? Or someone that was let it despite the statute of limitations? Any help is appreciated.

I'm not aware of any peer reviewed, documented medical study that shows any link between nuclear power plant workers and cancer......

Heck, we barely have compensation starting for tobacco caused cancer, and that link has been well documanted and publicized for most of my lifetime....

In order to have a worker's comp claim, don't you have to prove that the injury happened at work? Without a proven link, there's not much there.... you're just looking to sell it to a jury and hope for money..
Remember who you love. Remember what is sacred. Remember what is true.
Remember that you will die, and that this day is a gift. Remember how you wish to live, may the blessing of the Lord be with you
