Upstairs, you'll find a charming space with three twin beds and a play nook for the little ones.

The lower level boasts a welcoming entertainment area fitted with a comfortable couch, vinyl flooring, recessed lighting, and an additional full bathroom.  You will find selection of boardgames, puzzles, cornhole, Foosball, yoga mats, etc

Location: Waterford, Connecticut, United States  Nestled just off Niantic River Road, this delightful home is steps from the scenic Niantic River, a predominantly tidal river in eastern Connecticut. The 5.2-mile river is crossed by the Niantic River Bridge, which carries Amtrak's Northeast Corridor and connects the towns of East Lyme/Niantic and Waterford. With fantastic fishing and kayaking opportunities, the river's mouth opens to the Long Island Sound, where you'll find tranquil waves and saltwater beaches within 1-2 miles. 

Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to explore nearby eateries, such as the renowned seafood restaurant, The Dock, and Fat Tuna. Cross the bridge into Niantic to discover an array of charming consignment and upscale retail shops.
