On Saturday, April 14, Matt Roy a former member of the Nine Mile Point team, passed away. Matt had worked at Nine Mile Point for 19 years as a Rad Material Processing Utility Technician before retiring.  Matt had been back working with us this spring in support of the Unit 2 refueling outage.

Our condolences go out to his family and friends; we are greatly saddened by his passing. Information regarding funeral services will be provided as they become available.

This unfortunate and sad event will affect us. Please take care of yourself as you deal with this and, just as important, pay close attention to your co-workers. If you or someone you know is having difficulties in dealing with the situation, seek assistance through the Employee Assistance Program. We want to be sure that all employees have the support they need as we deal with this loss.
See right through the red, white and blue disguise
With lecture I puncture the structure of lies
Installed in our minds and attempting
To hold us back
We've got to take it back, Take the power back
