There seems to be a quick turnaround at the top.
"Duke Energy Corp. said Tuesday that finance chief Lynn Good will become its next president and chief executive, succeeding Jim Rogers, who will continue as chairman until his retirement at year end."

I bet the vertical velocity limiting device was already designed and will be large and about 19.3g/cc
