Eberline Alpha 7 Issues

I've got two Eberline/Thermo Alpha 7s and just recently the computer monitors that you hook up to them go blank.  I've tried cycle both the computer monitor and the Alpha 7s but with no success.  I've also replaced the monitors with ones that i know to work and that did not work either. 

Have any of you guys had this problem or a similar one?  Any help would be great.
