I have received a used but functioning Polimaster PM1703MO-1.  I am looking for a copy of the PRD Data Collection and Processing software and/or the PoliIdentify software both by Polimaster.  I wrote the company over a week prior but have not received a reply.  I've tried to call, but no-one is answering their phones.   Is there anyone that might be able to find downloadable files?
