How do you get an Operator job in UAE

I have heard rumors at site that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) nukes are hiring and pay very well. I'm wondering how does one get an Operator job over there? Sorry for the ignorance in advance.

I'm not entirely sure which company got the operating contact, but that's who you would need to contact. When I was with exelon, they were bidding for the operating contact and I was one that was going to go, but they didn't win. Then I found this, so maybe a US company didn't get it after all.
