It's too bad that Diablo Canyon can't just pick up and relocate and leave the California citizenry to their rolling brown-outs.

Unbelievable that anyone would want to get rid of that facility. On the other hand if people are willing to pay higher rates than se be it.

It's too bad that when these plants close down they affect everyone and not just the ones that railed against them. No skin in the game for those that want to shut them down.
