Saw this on a friend's FB last nite.
Used it for our morning safety topic this morning. The illustration was a clear example of the cone of safety for overhead loads. Just because you aren't under a load, does not mean you aren't at risk...

Just think of all the extra engineering work that is going to have to be done prior to startup.  Structural sustainability should be a good gig.
