Our online quiz requires the use of Adobe Flash Player.  This is turned off, or not installed by default.  Also, often after your software updates itself in the background, it will reset your options, requiring you to re-enable it.  Often on a site by site basis.

Install Flash Player in 4 easy steps

Note:  Flash Player is integrated with Edge & Internet Explorer in Windows 10. You do not need to download and install Flash Player if you use Edge or Internet Explorer in Windows 10, you DO need to ENABLE it.

1. Check if Flash Player is installed on your computer: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
2. Download Flash Player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. Install Flash Player: After you download Flash Player, follow the installation instructions that appear on the download page.
4. Enable Flash Player in your browser:
For Internet Explorer, see Enable Flash Player for Internet Explorer.
For Internet Explorer on Windows 10, see Enable Flash Player for IE on Windows 10.
For Edge on Windows 10, see Enable Flash Player for Edge on Windows 10.
For Firefox on any OS, see Enable Flash Player for Firefox.
For Safari on Mac OS, see Enable Flash Player for Safari.
For Google Chrome, see Enable Flash Player for Chrome.
For Opera, see Enable Flash Player for Opera.

For Android see these instructions: https://forums.adobe.com/message/4675670

Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems.

Some users may continue to see reminders from Adobe to uninstall Flash Player from their system.  See below for more details on how to uninstall Flash Player.

UPDATED: January 13, 2021

1. When is the Flash Player end-of-life (EOL)?

Adobe stopped supporting Flash Player beginning December 31, 2020 ("EOL Date"), as previously announced in July 2017.

Please issue me a refund to Cmwiesner1 or figure out how to update how I can take the tests I paid for with whatever they use instead of flash.

Thank you.
