That article couldn't be more obvious in it's anti-nuclear slant.  Which, since it's "oilprice.com" is no surprise.  ;D

I think I have to disagree at least to the subject of the impact of scaling back the CO2 regulations on nuclear power. Subsidies for CO2 is all that is keeping some plants open. Is a pro-oil news outlet anti-Nuke  ???  Fair to say they are not pro-nuke  :P
