I live in Ohio and this is making zero local, state or national news.  No one cares about planned closures of the three First Energy Nuclear Plants.  I bet it is making a little unemployment noise up in Toledo and possibly Cleveland (and Pittsburgh), but no one is making waves.  As long as fracking gas stays cheap, the population stays oblivious to future impact.  Maybe they're all really smart and planning on fusion energy after fracking reserves are bled out!

The mw loss is insignificant. Moody says it will drive up local prices which is a good thing
