Anything positive press is a good thing even if its just legislation to speed getting reactors approved and on-line.  That said. states will only consider this option down the road when economics change with cheap fracking gas.  I'm not seeing or believing there will be public or private rush to sign contracts for building the emergency small reactor HALEU design.
