The evacuation order should have never been ordered....based on real world science and actual risk assessments to health.....at least from a radiological aspect anyways. The damage and danger resulting from the tsunami was magnitudes higher. 

People died due to this unnecessary evacuation.....nobody would have been harmed from Fukushima's radiological release had they not.
