whilst the USA and Germany agree on new construction of undersea fossil fuel transfer pipelines between antagonists Russia and Germany,...

whilst the USA foregoes overland fossil fuel transfer pipelines between the USA and it's erstwhile ally Canada,....

you can't make this stuff up,...
