European countries are turning back to nuclear due to reduced purchase of Russian oil. Many other countries are turning to nuclear for environmental reasons. Russia is cleaning out its prisons to use as human fodder for the Wagoner Group. Unforeseen and unintended consequences.

Title is misleading. This is all about Russia still being the main supplier of enriched uranium. Meanwhile we wait for Centrus Energy to drag their feet another year or two or three or four.
