Idaho has "supposed" downwinders. It's never been factually proven that atomic winds ever carried in that direction and/or with any measurable hazard.  AZ should complain long before ID, and both have no case.
Lots of people with their handout again looking for a pay-day.

Maybe the lawyers can quick rewrite their ID lawsuit to claim being downwind of TRA or the WWII shelling of the buttes.  Someone is always looking to find the next Camp Lejuene payday and run commercials.
