Sensitive issue here after the Kingston coal ash spill. A couple of years ago I worked on a project on the Oak Ridge Reservation that had a number of craft who worked on the cleanup. Not a trusting lot.

Coal ash is the concentrated waste left over after burning coal and can contain heavy metals as well as elements that emit radiation and can pose health risks such as cancer.
