I just heard Joe passed away. A sad day indeed. I've enjoyed seeing him occasionally on the Harbor Freight tour, and always at Perry. I have worked with him since his 2nd nuke job, at Bettis. I will miss him as he was a very conscientious technician, with a great smile.

Yea, though I walk through the boundaries of containment, I shall fear no dose, for my meters are with me.  My counters, air sample filters, and smears, they comfort me.
