So it's been safely stored at Oak Ridge for 75 years, but now it HAS to be relocated for some reason and Alabama is stepping up to store it for the economic reasons. Maybe Oak Ridge fears the low criticality mass of U-233 and wants to let someone else shepard the blue light.  I wonder if congressional delegates understand the differences between uranium isotopes.
