US recycling of nuclear waste isn't happening in my lifetime. A few states will gobble up dollars for studies. No state is stepping up for a high grade storage facility. They're definitely not stepping up for truckloads of nuclear waste coming in for recycling treatment. Great to have enthusiasm and be optimistic, but fear and cowardice will win out in every state.
This country didn't get more educated or moronic overnight.
