The NukeWorker Photo Gallery has long been the primary destination for our community to share the history, technical marvels, and daily life of the nuclear industry. Today, we're excited to announce a major update to the gallery's design, bringing it in line with the modern, high-performance look of the rest of the site.

What's Changed?
We've completely overhauled the gallery's theme, replacing the legacy "rounded box" graphics with a sleek, card-based interface.

  • Modern Aesthetic: A cleaner, high-contrast design that makes photos the center of attention.
  • Improved Navigation: Consolidated menus and a redesigned header/footer that match the main NukeWorker experience.
  • Responsive Layout: Whether you're on a desktop at the plant or a mobile device in the field, the gallery now adapts perfectly to your screen.
  • Stability and Speed: We've optimized the underlying CSS for a faster browsing experience.

NOTE: This is a work in progress! We are still fine-tuning the experience, and you can expect further enhancements and features to roll out in the coming weeks.

What It Means for You
For our end users, this update is about more than just a fresh coat of paint:

  • Simplified Browsing: Finding the exact facility or category you're looking for is now more intuitive with our updated navigation system.
  • Better Visuals: Our new "photo card" style with subtle shadows and rounded corners makes every image pop, whether it's a reactor vessel assembly or a historical site photo.
  • Seamless Experience: Moving between the forum and gallery now feels unified, providing a consistent, professional experience across the entire NukeWorker platform.

Check out the new look at the NukeWorker Photo Gallery and don't forget to upload your latest shots to share with the community!

Yeah, due to so much hacking in the past, i had locked it down pretty tight.  I'll loosen the restrictions a bit, and see how it goes.  While working on it this week, I found 2 pieces of malicious code in the DB, and 2 malicious files.

I had personal albums turned off. I turned them on for you. Try it now.

No change still wants an album selected with no path to personal albums.
