Maps enhancements.

Last night I rolled out some enhancements to the maps and Live Rx Power status views.

The maps got some additional filters:
In addition to the 'Online', 'Reduced', and 'Outage' maps filters, I've further segmented the 'Reduced Power' to also show Coast down and Startup as well as a new purple 'B2B Highlight' around the Breaker to Breaker runs!

These colors and highlights are echoed in the KPI's and Live Rx Power status views.

The Live Rx Power status view also got some enhancements to the sort order, and their badges.
