The article botches that Centrus Energy, formally USEC before bankruptcy, "is a subsidiary to a new Parent Company: called American Centrifuge Operating LLC."
Rather, the structure is reversed: American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) is a wholly owned, operating subsidiary of Centrus Energy Corp.
They also botched the picture that is Paducah and not Portsmouth.
I still think the actual operation is up and running 10 years out.
