Can someone please explain to me how this works. I dont quite understand how or when someone would have the opportunity to get into this program. How do you get to be stationed there, sheer luck? I thought we're supposed to go out to sea all the time. Im still in DEP so obviously I dont know the way working at different places actually happens. Anyways this looks incredible if anyone ever got the chance to do it. ABET accredited and a real engineering degree from a top 20 engineering school. Anyone have any input on this?

This program is set up for Prototype instructors who are assigned up there for three years. As a rule, you could get assigned there after first doing a 2-3 year boat tour. Good luck!
